Thermostatic valve

The thermostatic valve, also called a thermostatic mixer, is a valve whose purpose is to maintain a constant temperature by mixing hot and cold water. We normally find this type of valve on bath and shower faucets. Another function of this thermostatic valve is to adjust the faucets to a maximum temperature in order to avoid burning yourself in the shower.
